Starting Monday, November 10th, our approved landscaping vendor will begin the long-awaited common-area refresh: new drought-tolerant plants along the main entrance, fresh mulch in all beds, and tree trimming throughout the neighborhood. Work is scheduled Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM, and should be complete by November 22nd. We appreciate your patience with minor noise and equipment during this time – the results will be worth it!
